Journaling
Why does it help?
This study demonstrated that patients that used a positive online journaling program had decreased levels of depression and anxiety and increased resilience.
According to the University of Rochester, journaling helps improve mood through helping you prioritize thoughts and problems, track symptoms, and practice positive self-talk.
