CREATING SPACE FOR COMMUNICATION & CONNECTION
Something has to change
You love your partner and you’re feeling frustrated by them. You’re arguing so often you don’t even remember what the fights are about, but you’re left feeling drained and defeated.
You don’t know what else to do.
You aren’t sure how to talk to them without sparking an argument, so instead you’re stuck in a cycle of fighting and frustration that leaves you both feeling unhappy and unfulfilled.
Through therapy, you can learn how to really communicate with each other again. With guidance and support, you’ll begin to overcome the mistrust you’ve been feeling as you reevaluate your expectations for each other. You will be able to reassess your commitment to each other in a way that lifts your partnership up to where you want it to be.
It’s possible to feel connected to each other again
Right now, you’re feeling stuck in the same exhausting patterns and cycles. Healthy communication feels impossible and you can’t seem to find a middle ground - but it doesn’t have to feel this way forever.
In therapy, we’ll work on building effective communication so you and your partner can express your needs and expectations without triggering an argument. You’ll strengthen your connection with each other while managing any conflict that arises in a safe and supportive space.
Relationship Therapy can help you:
Communicate your needs effectively
Reconnect and rekindle your love for each other
Manage conflict
Identify the patterns in your relationship you want to change
Feel heard and understood
